Short answer: EA Play costs ₹399 a month in India on Xbox, PlayStation and PC. Ubisoft+ Premium costs ₹899 a month on Xbox, and Ubisoft+ Classics costs ₹399 a month on PlayStation. Before you pay for either, check whether you already have it: EA Play comes with Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, and Ubisoft+ Classics comes with PS Plus Extra and Deluxe.

What you get: a library of EA games, including Battlefield, Need for Speed and Star Wars games and older EA Sports titles, trials of new releases for up to 10 hours with your progress carried over, 10% off EA digital purchases, and monthly in-game rewards.
Who should buy it: people who play EA FC every year. The 10-hour trial lets you play the new FC before launch and decide whether it’s worth ₹4,000 or more, and the discount helps if you buy points.
Who doesn’t need it: anyone with Game Pass Ultimate or PC Game Pass, because EA Play is already included. It isn’t included with Game Pass Essential or Premium.
EA also sells EA Play Pro on PC with new releases included, but it hasn’t published an Indian price.
Ubisoft+ in India

Premium gets you new Ubisoft games on release day in their top editions, more than 70 Xbox games and over 145 PC games, plus 20% off Ubisoft games and DLC.
Classics is the back catalogue: older Assassin’s Creed, Far Cry and Watch Dogs games, among others.
Who should buy Premium: someone who wants to play a new Assassin’s Creed at launch and nothing else from Ubisoft that year. One month of Premium costs far less than a new deluxe edition. Play it, finish it, cancel.
A simple way to save
Subscribe for one month when the game you want comes out, finish it, then cancel. Turn off auto-renew right after you subscribe so you don’t forget. If you bought EA Play through Xbox, PlayStation or Steam, cancel it in that store’s subscription settings, not on EA’s site.
