To rent the games, you first need to select the game that you want to rent. Once you arrive on the page of that game, you will get two add to cart options, one beside buy, and the other beside rent. You will need to click on “Add to Cart” written beside the rent option. Once the game is successfully added to the cart, open the cart, and click on rent. You will be taken to the checkout page, where you need to select the payment method, fill the address, and place the order.

You can keep the rented game CD with you for a maximum of 1 month duration. If you want to keep it for a longer duration, you will have to pay the rent charges for another one month. We will automatically deduct the rent amount for next month from your security deposit.

It depends on the severity of the damage caused to the CD. If only the outer covering of the CD is destroyed, then you need not worry about it. However, if critical damage has happened to the CD, or if the CD is completely broken, then you might have to pay a small amount. When we give the game CDs to you on rent, then we actually give out a sole property of GameJila or the concerned seller to you, for using it. Hence, in order to ensure that we or our seller do not face any unreasonable losses, we keep this money as a security from your side. However, this amount is kept as a refundable deposit from your side. When you return the CD to us, we will deduct the rental amount from the deposited amount, and refund the rest of the amount to you. Hence, in total, you need to pay only 30% of the cost of the game for renting it.

Once the game returned by you reaches us, we will refund the cost of the game to your bank account in 3-7 days

If you fail to return the game within one month's deadline, then we will automatically deduct the rental amount for the next month for your security deposit. Hence, when you return the game, you will get the refundable deposit after deducting the rental amount for two months as refund. In this way, you can enjoy the game for one more month.

When you rent any game, you need to pay the total cost of the game CD as security deposit. Currently, we give the CDs on rent for one month. If you want to keep the CD for one more month, then, we will deduct the rental charges of two months from your deposited amount, instead of deducting the charges for one month. In short, we will deduct the rental charges for as many months as you keep the CD.

Yes, you can rent two game CDs together. The process for renting another game will be same in case of first renting game. You would need to pay the security deposit and game will be available for 1 month.

No, you will have to return your game CD before taking another game CD on rent. As soon as you return the first CD, you will be able to rent the second one.
