  • We will acknowledge your complaint by email within twenty-four to twenty-two hours, which will include a complaint number using which you can track the status of the complaint. We will resolve the complaint within 15 days of receipt.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce Rules), 2020

  • We will acknowledge your complaint by email within twenty-four to forty-eight hours after providing you with a ticket number that can be used to track the status of the complaint. We will redress the complaint within one month from the date of receipt of the Complaint
